* Oni masks from half helmets copied to Detail 2 for all head types and all genders.

* Pseudopets now copy the damage cap of the entity that spawned them
* Updated a sorting algorithm to fix crash caused in renderer by Captain Mako's FX on small characters and some other situations
* Changed sorting for viewport and vistrays, which appeared to speed up rendering slightly in a worst-case scenario
* Made the treshold for objectives appearing on the minimap be 3 objects or 3 critters, rather than 1 object or 1 critter.
Primalist:
* Boosts Upheaval Radius from 10 -> 15 to match Super Strength’s Foot Stomp
* Remove Outer/InnerRadius 0 on Upheaval’s self-heal to hopefully fix it not applying
* Cut recharge on Primal Howl in half (240 -> 120)
* Cut recharge on Hunter’s Howl in half (180 -> 90)
* Lower Grace of Nature recharge from 360 -> 240, so that it matches other Defensive buffs
* Changed ally heals to be immediate
MM Soldiers - Serum:
* Corrects resistance mags to be 1 Mag instead of 0.1
* Remove End crash
* Fix Smashing Resistance to last 60s instead of 90s like all the other buffs
MM - Bots:
* Dispersion Bubble magnitude in PvE was incorrectly -2. Made it -15 without a scale to be 1.5 mag statically.
Drain Psyche
* -Regen effect on Blaster and Dominator version is no longer enhanceable. This follows the standard of other -Regen powers.
Illusion - Phantasm:
* Changed pet AI to prevent it from running into Melee when powers are on CD. The decoy remains as-is.
Tanker: Super Reflexes - Elude:
* Allow it to have End Mod sets, like other Eludes
Tanker: Broadsword
* Bruised is now correctly applied by the T1
Reward Table Changes:
* Removed all Super inspirations besides Ultimate from reward table and vendor. This guarantees only Ultimate is available.
* Removed Super Inspiration option from DA arcs.
* Adjusted Incarnate trials to give the following options:
Common: 1x Ultimate, 1x Random Team Large/Medium Insp (was 2x Supers)
Uncommon: 1x Ultimate, 2x Random Team Large/Medium Insp (was 3x Supers)
Rare: 2x Ultimate, 2x Random Team Large Insp (was 4x Supers)
Very Rare: 3x Ultimate, 3x Random Team Large Insp (was 5x Supers)
* Added a choice of 5 random Large Dual Team Inspirations to Sewer and Eden Trial
* Removed Enhancement option for characters > level 40 in Sewer Trial, as you could not actually receive the enhancement
* Removed SO reward options from Eden Trial (These were a non-VIP thing that no one should've seen anyways).
* Made DA repeatables give 2x Threads drop instead of 1x when the 10x drop has been exhausted
* Made repeatable Incarnate story arcs give 4x threads when on cooldown instead of 2x threads
Super Pack Changes:
* Remove Team inspirations
* Remove Dual inspirations
* Remove Revival and Restore
This means Super Packs basically only have buffs and the one time obtainable Costume Parts in the Common category, while Uncommon only lost the 2 Revive, 2 Restore drops.
Martial Arts (All Archetypes)
Focus Chi: Added a 66% enhancement to all crowd control/mez effects for 30 seconds, like Power Boost. Increased recharge by 30 seconds to give appreciable downtime.
Gave every power except Warrior's Challenge a small chance to instantly recharge Focus Chi. The higher the recharge time, the higher the chance.
Kinetic Melee (All Archetypes):
Power Siphon no longer stacks.
Kinetic Melee (Scrappers and Stalkers)
Concentrated strike now has a mini-crit like Total Focus instead of instantly recharging Power Siphon/Build Up.
Ice Control (All Archetypes):
Movement slow effect is now half-unresistible and half-ignores combat mods.
Flash Freeze: Now has the same Slow effect as Glacier.
Pool Powers (Sorcery)
Enflame: Had archetype-specific damage attribmods, which is fucking stupid since that's what archetype damage scaling is for. So now for all archetypes it has double the damage Blasters were given.
Misc.:
Squashed some text that wasn't using pstrings and should've been.
Bug Fix:
* Fix Banished Pantheon lore pets ignoring combat mods
* Fix Banished Pantheon lore Support's buffs being resistable
* Fix Banished Pantheon endgame enemies ignoring combat mods
* Fix Banished Pantheon endgame enemy & lore pet target caps that were 999 instead of 16
* Fix Banished Pantheon Storm debuffs reducing Range on Primalist (as it doesn't affect other Melee classes)
This was an oversight by the Paragon devs that caused BP pets and mobs to be significantly stronger than they should've been. This is a nerf.
* Height sliders shouldn't stick to min or max scale when editing or loading costumes. Maps:
* Spectral Pirates in Port Oakes now spawn 2 in-game hours earlier and run for 11 hours instead of 9.
Reward Tables:
* Adds the .reward definitions needed to fix Team Insps rewards for the Eden, Sewer, and Incarnate Trials.
* Fixes the Incarnate Trial VR reward table to check for 6 insp slots instead of 5
Bug Fixes:
* Fix Alpha transparency issues with certain windows/doors/fences/bridges and the Shivan chest piece
* Nebula Adjutants hit the gym and will spawn above level 20 now
